None of us truly know what someone may be going through.
All the things that have made them happy and all the things that have made them sad.
The things that caused them to press on and the things that made them want to give up on life.
The same holds true for each of us.
These words of David serve as encouragement for us all.
For the believer, we know that God has a purpose in everything that comes into our lives.
That these experiences help to teach us to trust that the goodness and mercy of God will follow us all the days of our lives.
Making it our desire and determination, to seek our happiness in the service of God while we are here.
Knowing that our hope is to enjoy His love forever in heaven.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we know that while we are here You can make any situation pleasant. By the anointing of Your Sprit and the joy of Your salvation nothing is impossible. Your sure hand is forever leading us. Let us never let go of Your hand.
