Perfect Peace

The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them. Isaiah 11:6 KJV

We are all aware of the division that is found in
the world to this day.

In both human relationships and creation, we see constant struggles and conflicts.

In this passage, the Prophet Isaiah seeks to remove the doubts and fears that this is not going to change.

He does this by letting us know, Christ is the great Shepherd.

That Christ is taking care of His flock.

When He returns there will be no more struggles or conflicts.

Changing the nature of any troubles.

Changing the nature of death itself.

Both changed to the point where they do not do any real hurt.

Making it where we are delivered, not only from evil, but from the fear of it.

Those who are found in Christ will be dwelling together in a kingdom of peace.

A kingdom where the former harmony of peace and people of every nationality, and language join to worship God.

That day is approaching, but until then, let us strive to be examples and endeavor to help promote the honor of Christ and His kingdom of peace.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, one day the world will be restored to a place of perfect peace. Until then may we break down any barriers and seek to befriend others and be bearers of the gospel of peace.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
