When we think of the goodness of Jesus, and what He has done for us, our souls should be crying out, “Hallelujah! Thank You Lord for saving me.”
David was always acknowledging to God the things he was thankful for.
His phrases expressed how thankful he was for his healing, his life and how God turned his mourning into dancing. For God delivering him from all of his troubles.
We all need to consider what the Lord has done for us, our families and those we love. In the good times, as well as the bad. Singing a praise unto the Lord for all He has done.
Our tongue is our glory, and never more so than when it is used in praising God.
We will all meet with temptations and afflictions, but as true believers, we will not fall into sin but find favor with the Lord.
Giving Him heartfelt praises for His blessings.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we know that our earthly prosperity and peace given by man is not lasting. That’s why we are to give honor and praise to You because what You give is everlasting. We will daily sing praises to You. Thanking You for the love, favor and protection You give us.
