We all have moments when we fear or have doubts about something.
What we must remember is that the Lord is always there for us.
Moses encouraged the people, and Joshua, to resist any fears and follow God in truth.
They had become fearful when they learned that Moses would soon be taken from them.
But Moses had a word for them, and it was for them to be strong and of a good courage.
That they should not fear or be afraid because the Lord their God was with them.
No matter what life brings our way, we are to fear not.
When we repented of our sins, God restored us and is there to help us speak and live the Truth.
He never leaves us alone. He is always there to supply our needs.
Whatever the darkness is that comes our way, no matter the terrors that try to overtake us, God is with us.
By His mercies we can face our fears because we know He will never leave us nor forsake us.

A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we know in this life we will have our moments of fear. Our peace comes in knowing that You are there. That You will never leave us nor forsake us. Thank You for providing for us.
