Take a moment and think about it.
What problems are attacking many of us? How are we responding to them? Are we depending on God’s strength?
Just like Hezekiah in today’s Scripture, we too may be facing many circumstances that are threatening and causing us reason for concern.
Hezekiah gathered his people together and spoke comfortably to them. He did not panic. He had a believing confidence in God. That He would raise them above anything man was trying to put on them.
We must also put our trust in God for our safety. Using all that He has given us through the Power of the Lord’s sacrifice and the Word. Knowing that nothing can prevail against us.
Trusting in God’s power will prevent us from panic.
We can rest upon His Word, and boldly say, Since God is for us, who can be against us?
He has the Victory in every battle, if we trust Him.

A WORD OF PRAYER
Heavenly Father, because of Your favor, our enemies are defeated. Let us continue to call on You for the guidance we need. Trusting in Your Power to prevent us from panic, but giving us strength. Thank You for fighting for us.
