And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. 1 John 4:16 KJV
God is love.
He laid the earth’s foundation.
He spread the heaven’s above.
He gave breath to all creations.
When our hearts are breaking and sorrow abounds, He is there.
He embraces and holds every one of us.
God is love.
Even when sin tries to take control of our lives, His eternal love and kindness is there to guide us through all our strife.
This is enough to know our God is love.
Let us daily strive to believe and walk in love, as God has loved us.
To treat each other the way God treats us.
To dwell in love means we dwell in God and God in us.
Godly love is the best type of love anyone could ask for.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, You sent your Word to invite sinners to have the opportunity to see how great salvation is to mankind. That the true love we show to You assures us of the true love You have for us. Let us profess our love for You for all mankind to see. Helping to draw others to You and the love You have for them too.
