Trusting Willpower – This is What Makes Trouble-Free Living Possible

Read: Job 42:1-6

I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. Job 42:2 KJV

There are many of us facing different things in our life.

Some good and some bad.

We think about it and realize we can’t do it all.

That no matter what it is, we must remember God is in control.

The Lord never promised us that our lives would be free from troubles.

We are living in a troubled world.

All of us Christians and Non-Christians will face a multitude of things.

God does not give His children an exemption from life’s struggles and setbacks.

He allows them to strengthen our faith in Him.

That is what Job learned as he went through all the troubles he faced.

Questioning many times.

Finding it hard to comprehend why He was allowing them to happen.

During them he came to realize that God was accomplishing His purposes for his life.

God keeps everyone of His promises to us.

As our understanding is developed by the Spirit of grace, our knowledge of Divine things will begin to exceed what we had before.

So, no matter what we are going through we must remember that even though it may seem like He is not there, He is.

We must be like Job and let God be God.

He knows how much we can bear.

Keeping our trust in Him is how we overcome.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, we all should be concerned about the sins of which we are convicted. Desiring to live a trouble-free life. That we must humble ourselves. We must truly repent of our sins. Remembering that there is no situation in life that is too difficult for You. You can help us with anything we face. By Your grace continue to lead us to confess our sins without trying to justify them. We put our trust in You. Thank You everything You do for us.

In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
