Galatians 5:22, 23 KJV
Plant life is an interesting field of study.
A fruit is considered the seed-bearing structure in a flowering plant.
A scientist will study a fruit to see what the means by which the flowering plant spreads their seeds.
The Lord is our Spiritual Scientist.
He has studied how mankind acts and specializes in producing flowering plants that will spread His seed, which is the Word.
This flowering is an effort to make Christians agreeable one to another, as well as to make one another happy.
He doesn’t want us to fall into any works of the flesh, that are not only hurtful to ourselves, but also to those around us.
The Lord desires to rid us of any habits, practices, or attitudes that will hinder our Spiritual Growth and service for the Lord.
When we flourish, we manifest the Fruits of the Spirit.
Bringing forth, more abundantly, those good fruits, which are, through Jesus Christ, to the praise and glory of God.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, Thank You for being the Spiritual Scientist that has planted the seeds the apostle has told us about. Let us continue to flourish in love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance. Knowing that we will grow abundantly when we keep Your Word and help to bring others to You.
