Transformation

So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption.
1 Corinthians 15:42 KJV

Corruption is a form of dishonesty.

It is a sin that we have the ability to remove from our lives.

Failure to do so results in us spending eternity in sin-cursed bodies.

No one wants that for their lives.

Our lives would be miserable beyond comprehension.

That is why the Lord died on the cross and rose again, to give us knowledge.

A knowledge that helps us know the differences between our earthly bodies and our heavenly bodies.

Bodies that have lost their way and now has found their way back to living the right way.

It teaches us to be humble, as well as, to admire the Creator’s wisdom and goodness.

All of this is manifested when we follow His command:

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” (Romans 12:2)

The result will be a big change in our character and the paths we take in our lives.

What was once sown in corruption, will be raised in incorruption.

A wonderful change. Selah!

A WORD OF PRAYER

Lord, You died on the cross and rose with victory over sin and death. With that You washed away all of our sins and made us whole. What was once sown in corruption was changed to something incorruptible. It was a wonderful change. Thank You Savior.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
