Decisions are made by us everyday. They are sometimes good or can be not so good.
Mistakes are the result of us taking an action or making a judgment that is misguided or wrong.
We are often warned of what may occur if we don’t listen to wise instructions.
Actions that can cause us to error in our ways, resulting in our grief, sadness and even tears.
That’s what happened with Peter. He was given wise instructions from the Lord, but did not take heed of it.
The Lord told him that he would deny him not once but three times and he did. Causing him a lot of grief.
Once we have done something wrong or unwise, Satan will continue in trying to destroy, disgrace and distress us.
When we realize what we have done, expressing our regret or disappointment in how we have acted unto the Lord, repenting and asking for His forgiveness, Satan will be defeated.
The Divine grace of the Lord will restore us. A restoration that will result in tears of joy not grief.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, our fall comes when we fail to acknowledge You before man. Let us rise back up, confess our knowledge of the love, grace and sacrifice You made and walk in Your way. We thank You for Your Divine grace and wisdom.
In Jesus name we pray, Amen
