Looking for a job can be a long process.

It is a fact, that in the position of Bishop, you must be ready to provide devoted service, deny yourself and undergo some hardships.
Being ready to be a prime example of what good work is, from how you personally carry yourself, to how you represent the ministry.
You must be able to show the faith and knowledge that you have in the Lord.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, we pray that the person desiring to be in the position of a Bishop meets Your requirements. That their past positions in the ministry has prepared them for this next step in their lives and that they represent the ministry and their families well.
