Romans 3:24 KJV
Everywhere we go, we see some sort of advertisement.
Be it on TV, a billboard or even on the radio.
All in all, the goods or services being offered come with a price.
It might be on sale, but nothing is free.
We still have to pay for what is being offered.
There is one extremely large exception.
The gift of salvation that God offers all of us.
Some may think that salvation is bought by our good works or faithfully going to church.
When our Heavenly Father decided to offer us something as amazing and wonderful as eternal life, He chose to pay the price.
The price was paid through the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
It was and is free grace.
An act by which God will move those of us who are willing from a state of sin to a state of grace and righteousness.
With mercy, He does it so we could have eternal life.
A gift of free grace that is only received when we put our trust in the Lord and accept the payment He made on our behalf.

A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, Salvation is free because You paid the price for us all. There is nothing in us that made us deserving of such favor. Our obedience or even our good works mean nothing if we do not have a sound relationship with You.
