Prayer changes things.
Paul prayed for the Philippians who believed in God. Prayed that their love would abound and increase all the more in the knowledge and the ability to make the right judgements.
The Lord wants the same for our lives.
But what happens is our spiritual outlook sometimes becomes confined and the things that God wants to do in and through us becomes restricted.
We have a tendency to let some thoughts and actions cloud our judgement.
He is aware of the progress we are trying to make, but wants to ensure that our faith continues to grow and we do not limit our spiritual growth.
He wants us to keep expanding our horizons, so He can increase us spiritually and strengthen our ability to do outreach.
We must continually pray that we all receive this challenge and not limit the vision God has for our lives.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, let us not limit ourselves when it comes to the knowledge and spiritual growth the Father has for us. May we continue to strive to reach higher grounds. Doing the things that give You honor. Thank You Lord.
