God hath spoken once; twice have I heard this; that power belongethunto God. Psalms 62:11 KJV
When we hear the word “Power”, we automatically think about someone or something that has might, strength and force.
Supplying what is needed to ensure things function in the right manner.
All of us have the ability to be in a position of power when it comes to how we live our lives.
The problem is we tend to let it put us in a place of sinfulness.
We forget from where all our strength to survive in this world truly cones from.
We sometimes feel that because we are living life “our” way, that it is okay.
But our power is limited and can be taken away at any time.
All power truly belongs to God and to Him alone.
As His children, He has granted us the ability to do things that are beneficial.
To the mission He has set for our lives.
When we misuse what He has blessed us with, He can punish and destroy our ability to do things.
There is a blessing in knowing that, by the power of the Holy Ghost, we have the opportunity to break free from sin.
To live the life that the Father had chosen for us.
He is the source of our strength.
All power belongs to God.
Let us be thankful for the mercies He bestows on us.
Keeping our trust in Him.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, we know all power belongs to You. That You have given us the power to do things according to the Word. We must continue to trust in the mercies and graces You give so we can abound in Your work. All our power comes from You and You alone.
In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
