Life can lead us down a multitude of paths.
We all must determine which one is the right one to take.
Knowing that in our struggle to make a final decision, we will face many difficulties.
But we are to look at them as things that help us to make the ultimate decision regarding our future path.
When we choose to live according to the Word and choose to follow in the Lord’s ways, we face even more temptations.
Those are the times we must remind ourselves of what we have been told about our living right.
That “For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus’ sake” (2 Corinthians 4:11 KJV).
We will always have a battle to fight,
As believers there will always be times when we are forsaken by our family or friends. Even mistreated by enemies.
But those are the times we really must hold on to our beliefs.
The Lord has told us He would never leave or forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6 KJV).
Standing strong in faith so “that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh” (2 Corinthians 4:11 KJV) is the way we make it through the trials of life.
He went through so much for our salvation.
He hung, bled, and died for our sins.
Then rose with all power in His Hands.
Giving us the victory over anything that comes in our lives.
Any form of death has no power over those who are in Christ.
Living by the Word defeats anything the world brings our way.
It will always be the salvation that we need.
Just like the apostles suffered.
They had great support from the Lord and were not defeated.
We will have our moments of fear and times of fighting, but because of our faith we will not be destroyed.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, there are still those who have trouble believing in You. They are constantly trying to destroy our faith in You. They fail to see that we are rooted and grounded in the Word and nothing they say will change it. Help us to remain strong. Defeating anything that comes our way. Manifesting You in everything we do. Praying that they change their ways and realize You are the greatest thing that could ever happen in their lives.
