Read: Romans 12:9-16
Rejoice with them that do rejoice.
Romans 12:15 KJV
To rejoice means we feel or show immense joy or delight in something.
There is so much happiness to be seen.
It is the will of the Father that all believers rejoice always.
It is just one of the many keys to life.
We are always rejoicing when we give Him prayers of praise.
When we sing songs of praise.
When we have our moments of thanksgiving.
Rejoicing in Him for all the good that is happening in our lives and the lives of others.
We are to rejoice in the Lord always (Phillipians 4:4 KJV).
We can even rejoice in our challenging times.
Paul did while he was in jail (Philippians 3:1-11 KJV).
He showed us that regardless of our circumstances, as Christians, we can and should rejoice in the Lord.
Rejoicing is even greater when we are happy for someone else’s success.
It shows how thankful we are that the Lord blessed them in their situation.
How they have also received grace through their relationship with Him.
He is the ultimate source and reason for our joy.
May we continue to rejoice in all the blessings the Lord gives each of us.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Father, we will have our good times. We will have some troubled times. Let us never forget that with You in our lives, we will always have reason to rejoice. You are always there to see us through. Thank You for the love and joy You bring to our lives.
In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
