Willpower: Being Determined Will Make You Give Unlimited Praise

Read: Psalms 57

I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me. My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise.

Psalms 57:2,7 KJV

No one should ever think that they are the only ones that feel like life is not easy.

We all have our moments of pain and struggles.

The difference is the way we manage these times.

David even had his moments of pain and sorrow.

But he had faith,

A faith that allowed his prayers and complaints to turn into praise (Psalms 57:7 KJV).

For those who are rooted in the Word, we know who we can cry out to in our times of trouble.

Those who have not received Him as their Savior still can turn to Him for assistance.

But all of us must be ready to truly listen to what He is telling us.

We have always been told that reading Word and songs of praise are great forms of relaxation.

That they are great ways to aid in calming our spirits and minds.

Reading or listening to the Word is one way to find peace and answers to how we are feeling.

Listening to inspirational songs is another way that is very uplifting.

It allows us to sing praises unto the Lord for the things He has done and is doing in our lives.

Those will be our joyous times when we will be like the psalmist.

We will cry unto God most high.

We will cry unto our God because we know He is the One that performeth all things for us.

Our belief will be one so strong that our hearts remain fixed on Him.

So fixed that we have the greatest desire to sing and praise His name (Psalms 57:2,7 KJV).

It becomes easier as we think about how wonderful it is to be able to come to the Lord with all our pains, and our sorrows.

To talk to Him about the concerns we have for our family.

How wonderful it is to know that when we do, He lifts the burdens from our shoulders and makes it possible for us to replace them with melodies of praise.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, let us wake up early in the morning and give You praise. Receiving the mercies, You desire for the day. Let our praises be so anointing that all we see how blessed we are. That they cause others to want to know You. To want to sing praises to You too. We want our hearts to stay fixed. To never forget Your endless mercies and faithfulness. Glorifying You with our bodies, souls, and spirit. Because they all belong to You. We pray that Your blessings of the gospel will continue to spread throughout the lands. Thank You Father.

In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
