Faith Challenge: An Excellent Way to Boost Our Patience

Read: James 1:1-12

Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. James 1:3 KJV

With any class we take there will be a test.

Testing is a way to determine how well we understood what was being taught.

The more we read and study, we learn a great deal.

The same holds true with our faith.

When we really learn the purpose of the tests, we learn what it means to rise to new heights in the blessings God has for us.

How our spiritual progress is enhanced by the tests we face even though we feel they are holding us down.

If God never allowed us to experience some things, we would not grow in faith.

We would not be able to testify to others of His goodness.

The testing of our “faith worketh patience” (James 1:3).

So, in the times of trials know that our patience, not our passions, is working in our favor.

Our prayers should also be ones, not asking for the removal of all that is hindering us, but one asking for wisdom to learn from them and be successful in making use of what we learn.

God desires His children to grow beyond the teachings of this world.

To grow in the knowledge of the Word and soar in Spiritual Wisdom.

When we do by faith, we will have the patience to endure to the end and come out victorious.

No matter what test or trial that comes our way.

Pray in faith and receive the patience you need.

A WORD OF PRAYER

Father, we know there are going to be times in our lives when our trials get hard to bear. Help us to remember that trials come to increase our faith and give us the patience to run the race set before us. That the wisdom we receive will help us to be successful as we journey through life. Thank You for allowing us to learn what it means to be patient.

In Jesus Name We Pray, Amen
