I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called. Ephesians 4:1 KJV
Finding our calling in life can be a challenge.
We struggle as we seek to follow Christ and to know exactly what our calling really is.
Who He wants us to be.
In the Scriptures, Paul was writing from prison.
It was a difficult place, yet he still continued to live out his calling.
Which was to tell others how we are to walk as becomes those who are called to Christ’s Kingdom and glory (Ephesians 4:1 KJV).
How we are to be humble, gentle, and patient. Bearing one another in love (Ephesians 4:2 KJV).
Paul’s situation shows us that no matter our occupation or location nothing should keep us from doing what the Lord has called us to do.
In all believers God has a plan for our lives.
By His Spirit and grace, we can do any task He gives us.
We are all called with a holy calling.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Lord, finding our calling in life can be challenging. But when we put our hope and trust in You we find the answers to our questions. We know there is a holy calling on our lives. Help us discover what it is. We know with Your guidance we will succeed. We want to walk worthy of the calling which we are called.
In Jesus’ Name We Pray, Amen
