There is nothing like knowing that in times of troubles someone is there to save us.
But there will be times when they may not be around.
No one is around to rescue you.
It is not that we don’t want to help but every one of us have our moments.
In a similar way, when a person seeks deliverance from spiritual troubles, they may find that no human being has the power to save.
There is no minister of the gospel, no priest, not even those who are great prayer warriors that has this power.
Yes, they pray, give you encouragement, desire to help, and want nothing but the best for you, but they know only Jesus can save a soul.
The Bible has told us, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
Never feel that you can’t go to someone and ask them to pray with and for you.
We all have needed someone to touch and agree with us.
Knowing that where two or three are gathered, the Lord is in the midst (Matthew 18:20).
We know the Lord will answer those who plead for His mercy and put their trust in Him.
He is the only One who saves (Romans 10:13).
There is no other name on earth by whom salvation is given.
Keep your faith and trust in the Lord.
A WORD OF PRAYER
Savior, Your promise is the same to us all. When we call on Your name, confess our sins, and turn from our sinful ways, we shall be saved. We come to You humbly and sincerely desiring to receive Your salvation. Thank You Savior.
